On August 24, 2021, the National Key Research and Development Plan strategic advanced electronic materials key project "High beam quality, low threshold, long life, low cost red LD materials and device key technologies and engineering research" project performance evaluation will be successfully held in Shenzhen Raybow Optoelectronics. Shandong hua guang optoelectronic co., LTD., wuhan optical communication technology co., LTD., Chinese Academy of Sciences changchun optical precision machinery and physics research institute, jinan university, shenzhen wave electronic co., LTD, shenzhen institute of tsinghua university, hangzhou zhongke aurora technology co., LTD., the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology fifth electronics research institute and other eight units involved in the implementation.

Project brings together on high-power red light semiconductor laser industry chain in China's key advantage enterprises, colleges and universities and research institutes such as backbone, formed more in theory research, technology development, product realization and industrialization of experienced management and technical innovation team, for the next step of localization of chip replace laid a solid foundation.
